GULFPORT -- Grand Casinos announced its agreement with Jack
Nicklaus for the design and development of a championship golf
course here on the Gulf Coast.
The 18-hole course site is located in Gulfport with the Biloxi
River bordering on the west and the Big Biloxi River on the
east.
The course will be part of a 1,750-acre sports complex, which
will be a shared-access facility for guests of the Grand Casino
Gulfport and Grand Casino Biloxi.
No groundbreaking date has been scheduled.
Grand Casinos, Inc. owns and operates the three largest
casino-hotels in Mississippi.
