For three nights this summer, 56 minutes after sunset on the third night after a full moon, the Fairmont Hamilton Princess in Southampton, Bermuda, will take clients on a cruise to see the mating rituals of the syllid polychaeta, or glow worm.

Forget wine-tasting packages ... the Cliffs Resort in Pismo Beach, Calif., is appealing to the taste buds of its guests with its Beer Enrichment weekend package.

The four-night plan, which stretches over two weekends a month apart, begins with a private beer tasting with the hotels cellar master, Mark Roemer, followed by brewing lessons at Central Coast Brewing in San Luis Obispo.
