TALLAHASSEE -- Visit Florida introduced six self-drive itineraries
to fulfill special-interest requests.
The tour themes are African-American Heritage Trail, Cuban
Heritage Trail, Native American Heritage Tour, Florida's East Coast
Lighthouse Tour, Birding in Northeast Florida and North Florida
Outdoor Adventure Trail.
"The itineraries cover everything such as detailed directions to
each destination, estimated travel times and information about each
point of interest," said Kerri Post, director of new product
marketing for Visit Florida.
Each tour takes four to five days to complete, although visitors
can select one or more segments.
