Family-owned Leitmotiv group opened Casa Monti in Rome on June 1.
The 26-room, 10-suite property features the Casa Monti Ristorante, which was built against the historic facade and opens onto a terrace; a rooftop bar with views over Rome; and the only Susanne Kaufmann spa in the city.
Inspired by Rome's ancient bath culture, the fifth-floor spa features a terrace overlooking the city and a Jacuzzi.
Rates at Casa Monti start at about $480 per night, including breakfast.
