La Fantaisie from the Leitmotiv Hotel Group opened on the Rue Cadet in Paris' 9th arrondissement in July.
The property features interiors by Swedish designer Martin Brudzinski, dining overseen by three Michelin-star chef Dominique Crenn, a rooftop bar and a full garden.
Accommodations include 63 guestrooms and 10 suites, most offering a terrace overlooking either Rue Cadet or the garden.
La Fantasie's spa, to open in the coming months, will partner with French brand Holidermie, which features vegan products and botanical-inspired design elements.
Nightly rates start from about $608 a night.
