Eastern Paris is getting a new art exhibition space at Les Reserves, set to open in Romainville, Seine-Saint-Denis, Nov. 27.

Designed by Paris-based architecture firm Freaks, the building was created to permanently house the Frac Ile-de-France reserve collections and will be part of a new contemporary art hub that also comprises the Fondation Fiminco, the Komunuma galleries, the Jeune Creation association and the American art and design school Parsons Paris.

The project is co-funded by the Ile-de-France Region and the Ministry of Culture, and the inaugural exhibition will be "Children Power," artworks selected by the children of Romainville.
