International firm Oppenheim Architecture has been selected to design the Jali Hotel and Residences on Albania's southern coast.
The property is expected to open in 2023 or 2024 and will feature 120 guestrooms, including beach bungalows and suites.
The design will feature a spa, beach club, fitness center, eateries, a casino, shops and a cultural center.
