Ultraluxe hospitality group One&Only is growing its European presence, announcing plans to develop a new resort just outside of Athens.
The One&Only Aesthesis will be located in Glyfada on the Athenian Riviera, set on nearly 52 acres of beachfront. The majority of the property's lodgings will be villa-style accommodations featuring private pools.
The year-round resort will offer amenities like a beach club, a fitness center and a spa developed in partnership with health and wellness brand Chenot. The property's Chenot Spa will specialize in what One&Only describes as "state-of-the-art, science-based treatments."
Additionally, the One&Only Aesthesis will provide programming for families with children, while creating adult-only spaces throughout the resort, as well.
The One&Only Aesthesis will join the recently opened One&Only Portonovi in Montenegro within the brand's European portfolio. The group has also detailed plans to develop another resort in Greece, the One&Only Kea Island.
