The Rosewood Villa Magna, the brand's first property in Spain, opened in Madrid on Oct. 22.

The 154-room hotel, located in the city's Salamanca district, underwent an extensive redesign led by Spanish architect Ramon de Arana and Australian interior design firm BAR Studio.

Accommodations include guestrooms and suites, including three signature suites billed as having the largest private terraces in Madrid.

Amenities include four indoor-outdoor restaurants and bars, including restaurant Amos, helmed by three-Michelin-starred chef Jesus Sanchez.

There also is a full-service Sense, A Rosewood Spa, offering treatments and therapies influenced by traditional Spanish practices, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

Eleven event spaces include several garden and terrace venues created by landscape designer Gregorio Maranon.
