The Royal Lancaster London, located on the boundary of London's Hyde Park, is on track to complete a massive renovation by September.
The transformation of the midcentury property, which marks its 50th anniversary this year, cost just under $100 million.
The refurbishment will encompass the entire hotel, including 411 bedrooms and suites, a complete lobby redesign, and a new bar.
The design work is being overseen by London-based Studio Proof, and the property is open during the renovation.
The rates are expected to be about $200 per room per night.
