Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is gearing up to open the Hotel Avenue Louise Brussels, its first Trademark Collection by Wyndham hotel in Belgium.
The 78-room property, owned by Atom Hoteles and managed by Hotel Collection International (HCI), underwent a $3 million refurbishment and is slated to open in April.
The Hotel Avenue Louise Brussels is situated within walking distance of the Grand Place, the Horta Museum and the Manneken Pis statue, as well as local bars, restaurants and bistros.
Hotel features include the Louise Bar for breakfast and snacks, a patio, an English-style lounge with a fireplace and a rooftop business center.
The property is the latest addition to Wyndham's portfolio in Belgium, including Dolce by Wyndham La Hulpe, Brussels; Ramada by Wyndham Brussels Woluwe; and TRYP by Wyndham Antwerp.
The opening in Brussels marks Wyndham's fourth project with HCI in less than a year, following the recent openings of three Ramada by Wyndham properties in Spain.
