The Hilton Garden Inn Waikiki Beach welcomed its first guests June 21 on Oahu.
The 623-room property is now the world's largest Hilton Garden Inn, following a $115 million renovation to the former Ohana Waikiki West hotel.
Located a couple of blocks from the beach, the hotel features complimentary WiFi; a new rooftop pool area with a poolside bar; and separate cardio and strength training fitness rooms.
Guestrooms include 48-inch HDTVs, microwaves, mini-refrigerators, and Keurig coffee and tea makers. Most offer walkout lanais and partial ocean views.
The hotel is also home for the Holoholo Cafe and Market, which sells "gourmet grab-and-go" food and beverage options as well as featuring a wine and beer bar and espresso coffee bar.
