A renovation that will add meetings space and amenities is almost finished at Koloa Landing Resort at Poipu on Kauai.
The $100 million project includes a 12,000-square-foot meeting facility, a grand ballroom and two 8,000-square-foot outdoor lawns. The 21-acre resort will also feature a new saltwater lagoon-style pool, with cabanas, waterfall and poolside bar and grill.
The renovations also include 208 new deluxe studios and one-bedroom villas. Koloa Landing has a range of accommodations, from 475-square-foot studios to 3,600-square-foot, four-bedroom penthouses.
The renovations are part of a rebranding under the Marriott Autograph Collection.
