The Pacific Beach Hotel in Waikiki has launched a new dinner performance, “Te Moana Nui,” or “Tales of the Pacific."
Offered Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, the evening event includes cocktails, live music and a buffet dinner prior to the one-hour Te Moana Nui performance, which traces the Hawaiian people’s journey over the Pacific to the Islands across three performance stages featuring elaborate costumes, dancing and Polynesian staples like the Samoan fire dance.
Traditional Hawaiian favorites such as lomilomi salmon, Kajiki poke and chicken long rice will be offered at the event’s dinner buffet.
Tickets start at $115 for adults and children ages 13 and up. Pricing for kids 5 to 12 is $82, while ages 4 and under are admitted free.
