Polynesian Adventure Tours names new president: Travel Weekly

Sandra WeirThe Hawaii-based ground transportation company Polynesian Adventure Tours, a subsidiary of Norwegian Cruise Line, named Sandra Weir its new president April 23.

Weir worked previously as Norwegian’s director of business development in Hawaii from 2005 to October 2011 and help develop the theatrical Luau Kalamaku on Kauai.

Weir is taking over for Brandon Briggs, who transferred to a new position at Norwegian’s headquarters in Miami.

Started 37 years ago, Polynesian Adventure Tours provides ground transportation on Oahu, Maui, Kauai and the Big Island of Hawaii as well as offering a range of tour products, including guided excursions to Pearl Harbor on Oahu, volcano tours on the Big Island, Road to Hana products on Maui, and movie tours and luaus on Kauai.
