The Ritz-Carlton Kapalua has opened Olu Cafe, a revamp of its prior poolside restaurant.

Olu means "cool" or "refreshing," and the redesigned menu reflects the spirit with fresh and light appetizers and lunch fare such as beet hummus with vegetables, fish tacos, poke bowls and soft-serve ice cream, in addition to specialty cocktails and other drinks.

There is indoor and outdoor seating with ocean views, and a daily happy hour from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Olu Cafe is open from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
