The Sheraton Waikiki has revamped its signature restaurant, RumFire.

The venue's extensive rum list is accompanied by new dishes that pay homage to Hawaii as well as traditional rum-producing regions in Latin America and the Caribbean. Appetizers include chicharrones and elote corn, while the entree list features long-bone short rib, duck leg, Kauai shrimp, soft shell crab and whole snapper.

RumFire, first opened in 2008, also underwent aesthetic upgrades, including new furniture to facilitate interactions and elevated lighting along the oceanfront lanais.

RumFire features both indoor and outdoor seating for small parties and groups, and also features cabanas and a Firebox room for private parties, and regularly features live music and guest DJs.
