The Banyan Group, which opened its 100th hotel and resort property last year, reported that its revenues were up 25% for 2025.

The company reported $447 million in revenue last year, up from $380 million in 2024. Much of that growth was driven by revenue from residences, which nearly doubled over the past year.

The group operates five resorts in Mexico: the Banyan Tree Cabo Marques in Acapulco, Banyan Tree Mayakoba, Banyan Tree Veya Valle de Guadalupe, Banyan Tree Puebla and Hacienda Xcanatun in Merida. The group offers branded residences at its Acapulco and Merida properties. It also owns a mix of hotel, resort and residential properties in Africa, Asia and Europe.
