J&G Grill located at the St. Regis Mexico City has announced the 2016 Chef Series, a collaborative culinary venture with visiting chefs hosted by chef Olivier Deboise Mendez. Running through December, the series is a monthly celebration of contemporary Mexican cuisine, fine wine, spirits and microbrews.

On Nov. 11, Debois Mendez will collaborate with celebrity chef Guillermo Gonzalez Beristain to create a six-course menu accompanied by a pairing with selected Mariatinto wines. In addition, guests will have the opportunity to taste a vertical of Mariantinto's vintages. Chef Gonzalez Beristain, a judge for "Top Chef Mexico," is well known for his restaurant Pangea.

To conclude this year's Chef Series, Australian chef Paul Bently from Magno Brasserie in Guadalajara will join chef Deboise Mendez in November to reimagine the classic Thanksgiving dinner.
