The Trobbu Boutique Collection has pushed back its opening in San Miguel de Allende until July due to construction delays.

The property, originally expected to open in December, will offer 15 luxury villas spanning from 2,200 to 3,200 square feet. Each villa will stretch three floors with three bedrooms, including one with bunk beds. Meant to accommodate up to eight guests, the villas include at least 3.5 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living area, a dining room and a jacuzzi outside on a terrace on the third floor.

The property will also offer a piano bar, pool, spa, restaurant, beauty salon and fitness center. The villas are located less than a half mile from Jardin Allende, the main plaza in the heart of the city.

The starting nightly rate is $722 for two adults, $180 for each additional adult and $90 per child. Guests also have the option to become weekly fractional investors, allowing them to use the week as a vacation, swap the week with another owner in a different destination or place it in the rental pool to generate income.

The property is the latest from Trobbu, a new all-inclusive rental space in the market that offers a private experience distinct from all-inclusive resorts. Trobbu opened its first all-inclusive luxury villa in Tulum in early 2025.  The brand expects to open its third property in Merida in December.
