The Mantis Collection recently launched the Zambezi Queen Collection, a small fleet of river cruisers providing access to more than 30 miles of the remote ecosystems of the Zambezi and Chobe rivers.

Mantis acquired three Chobe Princesses. One of the vessels was formerly referred to as the Pride of the Zambezi, while the two other vessels were known as the Ichobezi houseboats. The Chobe Princesses have been entirely refurbished and now feature air conditioning and plunge pools. The fleet also features upgraded engines, additional safety equipment and a sleek, refinished exterior. The three new riverboats will join pre-existing Mantis Collection "floatel," the Zambezi Queen.

Travelers can opt for a variety of land-based activities, including community village visits, tender boat excursions into Chobe National Park, bird watching and fishing on the Chobe River. They can also embark on day trips to Livingstone to view the Victoria Falls.
