Juneau Food Tours will offer five wine education classes for 2016-2017 featuring a wine from various regions, including Argentina, Italy, France and California.
The classes will teach participants just what wine goes best with which cheese and other small foods. Each participant will take home a personal wine tasting booklet and guide upon completion of the class.
Juneau Food Tours also is bringing back its popular Prohibition Progressive Dinner for a second year. Participants can explore Juneau's ever-growing food scene, while learning the history of Prohibition, beginning in December with a three-course, three-drink, three-location dining experience.
