All eyes glanced skyward recently as the $1 billion M Resort, Spa and Casino debuted its 178-foot M Lightship.
The M Lightship is an electronic blimp featuring a 70-foot by 30-foot LED screen; M Resort said it was the world's largest aerial television screen.
Officials say M Lightship is the world's only airship offering a close-up, hands-on experience.
It is the centerpiece of a soon-to-open interactive center that will include information about the Lightship and the chance for visitors to meet the captain and crew; CEO Anthony Marnell III said the resort planned to house the Lightship adjacent to the property and offer tours of the blimp.
The M Resort is scheduled to open in March 2009.
