Chef and TV personality Guy Fieri is taking another big step in transforming Sin City into Flavortown with the debut of two new eateries on the Las Vegas Strip.

Quick-serve Chicken Guy serves "righteous" chicken dishes with shakes in the Forum Food Hall at Caesars Palace, and Flavortown Sports Kitchen features "out-of-bounds" bites and beverages at Horseshoe Las Vegas.

They join his Vegas Kitchen & Bar at the Linq, which opened in 2014, and El Burro Burracho at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino, which opened in 2016, in the lineup of eateries the "Mayor of Flavortown" has opened in the city.

"I'm always tellin' people to go big or go home," said Fieri, who has some local roots: he's a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. "Opening the first Chicken Guy in Las Vegas at the granddaddy of them all, Caesars Palace, is goin' big in my book. Caesars Palace is a truly iconic location, so it's only fitting that we're bringing the best real-deal chicken tenders, sandwiches and shakes anywhere to the Strip!"

At Chicken Guy, the menu includes chicken tenders brined in lemon juice, pickle juice and buttermilk and infused with fresh herbs. They can be ordered grilled or fried, served by themselves, in sandwiches or in meal-size salad bowls.

Among the 22 sauces available are his Donkey Sauce (a blend of mayonnaise, roasted garlic, mustard, Worcestershire and lemon), wasabi honey and cumin lime mojo (a mix of cumin, lime, cilantro and roasted garlic).

Also featured is Mexican street corn and the Loaded Mac Daddy Mac 'N' Cheese, with chopped crispy or grilled chicken, bacon and green onions.

Six shakes include Apple Cinnamon Cereal, featuring vanilla soft serve with Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Apple Jacks and topped with fresh whipped cream, and the Triple Double Mint, with mint chocolate soft serve, crushed Oreo cookies, chocolate mints, chocolate syrup and topped with whipped cream.

Chicken Guy is open from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Mondays through Fridays and 11 a.m. to 4 a.m. Saturdays and Sundays.

Flavortown Sports Kitchen at Horseshoe Las Vegas offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thirty TVs, a 32-foot-wide video wall and a decorative wall made of reclaimed wood flooring from a basketball court assert the game-day theme.

Guests can try Fieri's signature Trash Can Nachos and the Crispy Cheese, a burger made with a beef patty, melted cheese, a crispy cheese skirt, lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles.

For a lighter option, there's a salad with watermelon that's been infused with Guy's Santo Mezquila and includes arugula, pepitas brittle, radishes, pickled watermelon rind and crumbled cotija cheese.

Adjacent to the Caesars Sportsbook desk at Horseshoe Las Vegas, the restaurant is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 7 a.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday.
