Playa Largo Resort & Spa, a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel, has opened on Key Largo.
The 155-unit hotel is the first full-service resort to open on the northernmost island of the mainline Keys since 1993.
Located on 14 acres that front Florida Bay, Playa Largo features a private, manmade beach; a waterfront pool; the full-service Ocean Spa; a fitness center; two tennis courts; 6,000 square feet of meetings space; and a marina.
The resort's three restaurants include the steakhouse La Marea, the Las Olas ceviche and sushi bar and the Sol by the Sea seafood house.
Along with 144 standard rooms and suites, Playa Largo has 10 private bungalows and a three-bedroom beach house complete with its own pool.
