Solitude Mountain Resort in Utah is gambling on a good season by offering a Snow Guarantee, valid on lodging reservations at the Inn at Solitude and the Village Condos from Nov. 1 to Dec. 19.
If the mountain is less than 50% open due to inadequate snowfall, travelers receive a full refund of their deposit up to 48 hours before arrival. In addition, bookings made by Oct. 31 are eligible for a 20% discount on lodging.
Families who stay two or more nights at the Solitude Village Condos receive free ski for kids 13 and younger – one per paid adult, and up to two per day per reservation. The special, which can also include discounted equipment rentals, are not valid on vacations weeks.
