Maple Leaf Adventures has added Ketchikan and Sitka stops to its 2019 tugboat tours in Alaska's Inside Passage.
The 10- and 11-day itineraries take place on the 107-year-old Swell, an 88-foot tugboat that accommodates up to 12 guests in six private cabins. The restored ship also has a hot tub, a galley kitchen, an open wheelhouse and several lounges for relaxing and watching wildlife.
Naturalists lead rainforest hikes, zodiac trips, bear- and whale-viewing experiences and other experiences onboard and on shore.
Rates for the all-inclusive tugboat tours start at $7,340 per person.
