Based on its popularity, Universal Orlando Resort has extended its Mardi Gras celebration through April 11.
Mardi Gras 2021: International Flavors of Carnaval, originally slated to end March 28, takes place at Universal Studios Florida and is included with the price of admission.
In addition to floats stationed throughout the park, dancers, stilt performers and brass bands, the event features more than 100 new food and beverage items inspired by Carnaval celebrations around the world available for purchase.
