The Reunion Resort & Golf Club, near Kissimmee, has opened 7593 Chophouse, a steakhouse.
Replacing an Italian restaurant that had occupied the ground floor location in the Grande building, the 104-seat restaurant serves premium steaks and top-flight wines. The name comes from the Grande's street address of 7593 Gathering Drive.
The Reunion Resort & Golf Club recently opened an 18-hole minigolf course.
Earlier this year, Reunion closed its penthouse steak restaurant Eleven.
The 7593 Chophouse is open from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays only; capacity is currently limited due to Covid-19 considerations.
In addition to the new restaurant, the Reunion also recently opened a new 18-hole minigolf course near its tennis center.
