Abrecrombie & Kent will add a fifth ship to its Nile River fleet in Egypt in 2025, but this one will operate under the A&K brand.
The company's current four vessels operate under the Sanctuary Retreats brand. A&K owns those vessels and charters them out to other suppliers. The new ship will be the first to operate under the A&K brand.
A&K's new Nile ship, which doesn't have a name yet, will feature two restaurants -- both indoor and outdoor -- along with a gym, swimming pool, sundeck and a number of lounge areas where guests can socialize.
There will be 32 cabins featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and Juliet balconies, along with marble bathrooms and 400-thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets. Two presidential suites will have larger living spaces and private outdoor hot tubs on a private deck.
The new ship is expected to debut in fall 2025 and will join A&K's four other vessels on the Nile: the Nile Adventurer, Sun Boat III, Sun Boat IV and Zein Nile Chateau.
