AmaWaterways has launched "Webinar Wednesdays," a series of online educational sessions for travel advisors interested in developing or expanding their river cruise business.
The inaugural webinar on July 31 was led by AmaWaterways cofounders Rudi Schreiner and Kristin Karst and focused on the company's new megaship, the AmaMagna.
Upcoming episodes include:
- Aug. 21: "Secrets to Selling Groups with AmaWaterways" with Gary Murphy, senior vice president, sales and co-owner.
- Sept. 4: "Growing Your River Cruise Sales Using Social Media" with Janet Bava, chief marketing officer.
- Oct. 2: "What's New For 2020" with Alex Pinelo, vice president of sales
- Nov. 6: "Tips for Mastering the Online Booking System" with Bronwyn McKindley, vice president of reservations.
Participation is limited so advisors are encouraged to preregister on the company's agent portal.
