Alaska Airlines will launch previously announced Seattle-London Heathrow service on May 21. Tickets are on sale for the route, which will operate daily and year-round.
Seattle-London will be joined by Seattle-Rome and Seattle-Reykjavik next spring as Alaska's first Europe routes.
Alaska will operate Seattle-London with a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, competing in a crowded market against Delta, Virgin Atlantic and British Airways (a fellow Oneworld alliance member).
