German carrier Condor has reached an interline agreement with Southwest Airlines. The partners will begin with connections in Seattle starting Jan. 19.
Then the partners will expand with connections in Boston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Portland and San Francisco when Condor resumes flying to those cities from Frankfurt in the spring.
Bookings for the interline itineraries are on sale on Condor's website and through travel agencies and OTAs. As with the other four airlines Southwest has teamed up with this year, Condor interline bookings aren't yet available on Southwest.com.
Southwest began interlining with Icelandair, Eva Air, China Airlines and Philippine Airlines this year, ending its longtime policy of avoiding cross-carrier partnerships.
Southwest will be Condor's second U.S. partner. Condor codeshares with Alaska Airlines on flights from Seattle and other western U.S. cities.
