NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- The American Car Rental Association's 20th
annual convention will be held at the Opryland Hotel &
Convention Center here April 15 to 19. Its theme is On the Road to
Excellence: Celebrating 20 Years of Success, said association
president Robert Aprati.
A technology update, legislative and regulatory strategies, and
tips on managing the media will be provided, and there will be a
trade show.
Carol B. Hallett, president and chief executive officer of the
Air Transport Association, and Morris Belzberg, consultant and
chairman emeritus of Budget Rent a Car Corp., will be the opening
and closing keynote speakers, respectively.
If delegates have their air tickets issued through Opryland
International Travel, they will be entitled to airport transfers
and will have a chance to win a roundtrip ticket on American, to
and from any domestic location of their choosing.
