American offices here, added a rates and reservations link to its
Web site, at www.europcar.com.
Travel agents can use the site for bookings that earn
commissions as well as for obtaining information on the rental
process. Agents need only specify the destination and time of
pick-up and return.
The site also can store customer profiles that agents can
retrieve when booking.
