WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Travel on the Eurostar train through the
Channel Tunnel is being discounted this spring through Rail Europe,
based here.
The Eurostar Spring Special, through April 15, will reduce fares
between London and Paris or Brussels by up to 40%.
The Spring Special one-way first class fare on either route is
$149, compared with the regular Leisure fare of $199. The one-way
fare in standard class is $89, down from $119. These fares are not
exchangeable and nonrefundable.
There are 18 roundtrips available daily on the three-hour
London-Paris route. There are 10 daily roundtrips on the two-hour,
36-minute London-Brussels route.
