RailAgent relaunches Web site, increases agent pay through April 15: Travel Weekly

Wandrian, the Newton, Mass.-based developer of the RailAgent.com portal for agents, announced it will pay registered travel agents 10% commission on Eurail Global Passes, Eurail Global Passes Flexi and Eurail Select Passes sold through April 15.

In other announcements, it said RailAgent added live links on its Web site to purchase Eurostar and Spanish Rail tickets, plus access to Rail Australia and Via Rail Canada products.

In addition, it said, the portal itself was relaunched as RailAgent 2.0, providing more content, better planning tools, more detailed reporting on commissions and sales, online and phone technical support, country and route maps, train schedules and other detailed train information.
