MILWAUKEE -- Adelman Travel Group, a business travel agency with $120 million in sales, announced a merger with the corporate travel management division of QST, an Irvine, Calif.- and Boston-based travel management company with revenues of $30 million. Terms were not disclosed.

Both companies focus on on-site travel centers, Adelman nationally, QST in southern California and in Massachusetts. The merger will help Adelman serve "several substantial clients in California and the Boston area," said company president and chief executive officer Craig Adelman.

There are no plans to make any changes to QST's staff, Adelman said. Two other QST divisions will continue separately under QST Travel Group.
