BELLEVUE, Wash. -- Expedia Corporate Travel said it began offering
a "Custom Service Level" for companies that want a team of agents
dedicated to their account.
Expedia said last year's acquisition of Metropolitan Travel, a
Seattle-based agency, enables Expedia to offer this hands-on
service.
Expedia also began offering other offline services, including an
international desk and an executive service.
The executive service for top corporate officers provides
"restaurant reservations, upgrades to priority wait-listing,
confirmation of upgrades and preferred seat-checking," Expedia
said.
