HRG North America plans to expand its
workforce by more than one third, as it adds 600 travel counselors
and customer care reps to its current 1,600-person roster by the
end of 2007, officials said.
Expansion plans, to
support organic growth and new client wins, also entail adding
40,000 square feet of space by mid-2007.
Also, within the
next two years, HRG North American intends to more than double its
home-based staff to around 20% of its workforce.
It will undertake
that move to provide flexible hours to support global clients and
as a hedge against service disruptions.
