Incentive Groups to Collaborate on Seminar for Oct. Trade Show

by Joseph Kornik

NEW YORK -- Two leading incentive organizations announced they will work together in developing an educational program to be presented at the Motivation Show in Chicago in October.

The Society of Incentive & Travel Executives and the Association of Incentive Marketing announced they will present "Incentive Marketing: Strategies for Success" at McCormick Place.

The two organizations presented a similar incentive-focused seminar at last year's show.

"SITE is happy to participate with AIM in this cooperative venture," said Bob Vitagliano, president and chief executive officer of SITE. "Both organizations benefit greatly from the exchange of information about various performance-improvement techniques."

In all, some two dozen sessions have been planned for the three-day trade show schedule.

The 90-minute sessions, priced at $75 for one day and $125 for all three days, include: "How to Run an Incentive Program Using Merchandise"; "How to Plan, Promote and Profit Using Incentive Travel and Other Awards;" "Employee Incentive Awards; Trade Incentive Strategies"; "Consumer Premiums"; "Individual Incentive Travel"; "Achieving Corporate Objectives;" "Using Incentives to Maximize Direct Marketing," and "Integrating Incentives With Your Marketing Strategy."

Registration information is available by calling (603) 850-7843.
