The TSA is now
taking questions via Facebook Messenger.
The service,
which went live on July 7, can be accessed via the Ask TSA Facebook page.
Agents are available to respond to inquiries from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Eastern
time on weekdays and from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekends.
“We look forward to assisting you, and have a safe flight!” the
agency says on the Facebook page.
The Facebook Messenger service augments the TSA’s @AskTSA
account on Twitter, which went live last September.
