Aloft, Starwood’s new lifestyle hotel brand, has opened its first property, the Aloft Montreal Airport.
The 136-room hotel is located at the entrance to Trudeau International Airport, about a 20-minute drive from downtown Montreal.
Aloft hotels feature guest rooms with loft-like accommodations, bathrooms with walk-in showers, Bliss Spa products and the ability to connect multiple electronic devices (PDAs, cell phones, mp3 players, laptops) to an LCD television.
Aloft is scheduled to open hotels this year in Chicago; Minneapolis; Philadelphia; Lexington, Mass.; Ontario-Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.; Rogers-Bentonville, Ark; and Beijing.
