The Veranda will be managed by Grace Bay Resorts, owner and operator of the Grace Bay Club, also on Provo.
It will be the first resort in the Grace Bay Collection, a Grace Bay division that provides management services to independent luxury resorts.

The 10-acre resort has eight beachfront cottages with private pools and 126 residential units available as studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom condos.
The privately-owned residential units are available to guests when not owner-occupied.
Opening rates through April 10 start at $315 per person, per night, double. The rate for kids ages 2 to 15 is $100 per night; kids under 2 stay free.
