Caesars resort in development in Los Cabos: Travel Weekly

Caesars Entertainment will operate a Caesars nongaming resort in Los Cabos.

The 500-room hotel will be part of the 2,000-acre Puerto Los Cabos development, about 25 miles northeast of Cabo San Lucas. Caesars hasn't set an opening date.

The beachfront property will have a 40,000-square-foot convention center, a 25,000-square-foot spa, three fine-dining restaurants and poolside cabanas. Guests will have access to two nearby golf courses.

The developer is Grupo Questro, whose other Los Cabos resorts include Secrets Puerto Los Cabos, Dreams Los Cabos and Casa Del Mar Suites Golf & Spa Resort.

Caesars last week announced it will operate its first nongaming resort, a two-hotel property on the man-made Bluewaters Island off the coast of Dubai. The Caesars Bluewaters Dubai and Caesars Palace Bluewaters Dubai will open later this year.
