Hilton will open a Canopy by Hilton at the Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah. It will be the lifestyle brand's first ski destination hotel.
Scheduled to open by summer 2026, the property will be part of Deer Valley East Village, a major expansion of the resort that began its phased opening earlier this year.
The 180-room Canopy by Hilton at Deer Valley will feature a dedicated ski reception lobby and ski locker room as well as a pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, fitness center and golf simulator. The hotel will house multiple food and beverage venues, including a signature restaurant, apres-ski lounge, grab-and-go coffee shop and rooftop lounge with mountain views.
Upon full completion, Deer Valley East Village is expected to double the resort's skiable terrain with 10 new chairlifts and 100 new runs, and add a variety of hospitality, retail, residential and recreational offerings. The complex is already home to the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley, which opened late last year. A Four Seasons property is currently under development.
