Raffles Hotels & Resorts has broken ground on its first
North American property, the Raffles Boston Back Bay Hotel & Residences.
Scheduled to open in early 2022, the 33-story building will
be located adjacent to the Boston Back Bay train station and will have 147
guestrooms and 146 branded residences. The development will also include seven
affordable-housing units.
Amenities at will include six food and beverage venues, a
Raffles Spa with indoor pool and fitness club and a rooftop garden terrace and
lounge. A total of 16 communal "gathering spaces" will be spread throughout the
property, including several solely for residents.
