AMResorts opened the Dreams Las Mareas Costa Rica on Nov. 3 in the country's northern Guanacaste region, marking the company's debut in Costa Rica.
The 447-suite beachfront resort is a 90-minute drive from Liberia Airport and is close to Guanacaste and Santa Rosa national parks, which can be explored through tours and excursions.
Amenities at the all-inclusive resort include a 44,000-square-foot pool, La Cascada water slide, kids pool and whirlpool, 10 therapy cabins for a variety of spa treatments, a hydrotherapy circuit, eight restaurants, five bars and lounges, kids and teens clubs, and 24-hour concierge services.
