The family-focused Aventura Cove Palace opens in the Riviera Maya on March 30, Palace Resorts' 11th resort in Mexico.
The all-inclusive Aventura Cove Palace will have 489 rooms on the south end of what was formerly the much larger Aventura Spa Palace.
Palace Resorts created two resorts from the bones of the Aventura Spa Palace, which was renovated and now features 777 rooms marketed to adults.
"There was a need for another all-inclusive, family-focused resort in the Riviera Maya, and we are confident that these changes will be beneficial to our clients," said Roberto Chapur, president of Palace Resorts.
The Aventura Cove Palace will include a Kids' Club, Teen Lounge, outdoor family and kids' pools, unlimited snacks and kids' menus in a variety of restaurants.
Adult guests of either property will have access to the facilities of both resorts, but children will not be allowed at the adults-only Aventura Spa Palace.
