Grace Bay Resorts in the Turks and Caicos will operate and has acquired an ownership stake in West Bay Club, a resort three miles from Grace Bay Club on Grace Bay beach.

The 46-suite hotel will be rebranded West Bay Club, a Grace Bay Resort, effective immediately.

Plans call for property-wide improvements over the next 18 months, while the short-term focus is to complete a repositioning of West Bay Club to enhance service standards and food and beverage programs as well as to implement training programs.

"We are delighted to welcome Grace Bay Club to the Grace Bay Resorts family," said Nikheel Advani, COO and principal of Grace Bay Resorts.

"The team already is working to ensure that West Bay Club reflects the products and five-star service standards of its sister property Grace Bay Club. We are confident the property will be operating at full potential by year's end," he said.

Adelphine Pitter, former longtime resident manager of Grace Bay Club, will assume the post of general manager at West Bay Club.
